Job Description
As our Tailwheel Flight Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, standardized tailwheel flight instruction in our classic 1938 Piper Cub. You'll work within a structured curriculum developed and supported by the company, in a fun and professional flight training environment. This position is ideal for a CFI who loves the craft of tailwheel flying and wants to share that passion with students of all experience levels. From those seeking a tailwheel endorsement to those pursuing Sport Pilot certification.
Requirements
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
Minimum of 50 hours total flight time in tailwheel airplanes
Preferably at least 25 hours of tailwheel flight time in the past 12 months
Experience with older tailwheel aircraft a plus
Prior tailwheel teaching experience preferred
Experience or familiarity with Sport Pilot certification a plus
